【摘要】 目的了解成都市精神卫生机构现状及十年变化。方法采用自制调查表对全市20家精神卫生机构进行现状调查,同时对11家机构进行对比。结果与1996年相比,11家精神卫生机构固定资产、床位使用率有提高,医院总面积与建筑面积、业务总收入、平均住院月收费等略有所增加,但差异不明显;在开放床位数、职工总数、医师、高级职称人数方面均无增长。结论我市精神卫生机构近十年有所发展,但发展缓慢。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the current situation and changes of mental health institutions in Chengdu between 1996 and 2004.Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of 20 mental health institutions in Chengdu.The change of 11 Mental healthy institution was compared between 1996 and 2004.Results A comparison of the 11 mental hospitals between 1996 and 2004 showed that the fixed assets and the sickbeds usage foctor increased;the total the area of hospital,hospital yearly income,and average monthly charges for hospitalization had increased slightly,but the difference is not significant.The numbers of hospital sickbeds,employees,doctors and the high title of a technical hadn’t increased.Conclusion The mental health institutions had developed slowly during ten years.更多还原
