【Abstract】 Applying knowledge concerning sports biomechanics,biology and anatomy,the paper makes a deep research into the function of the arm not holding the shot at the phase of exerting oneself in shot put.It is eventually concluded that in the technology of shot put,the direction in which the arm not holding the shot swings,the moment it swings and one exerts oneself,and the transformational forms such as straight swing and picked swing,turn out to have a positive influence on the mastery of the correct movement technique.更多还原
