【摘要】 目的:覌察止痒胶囊长期给药对Beagle犬产生的毒性反应。方法:止痒胶囊内容物825、157、30mg.kg-1口服给药30天,及停药后15天检查一般状况、血象常规、血液生化、心电图、主要脏器体重比及其病理改变;结果:157、825mg.kg-1用药30天可使肾皮质出现不同程度灶性脓肿改变;825mg.Kg-1另伴有灶性肾小管委缩,但停药15天后均恢复。结论:30mg.kg-1为安全剂量,157mg.kg-1以上剂量为中毒剂量;但停药后均可恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the chronic toxicity of Zhiyangjiaonang in Beagle dogs.Methods:24 dogs were administered Zhiyangjiaonang once daily by oral gavage at doses of 0(control),825,157,and 30 mg kg-1 body weight for 30 days.The general conditions,ECG,blood routine,organ coefficient,pathological examination were carried out 30 days after administered and 15 days after stopping administered.Results:Renal cortical abscess could detected after administered Zhiyangjiaonang in the doses of 825,157 mg·kg-1 for 30 days and renal tubulal atrophy could detected in the doses of 825mg·kg-1.but the condition reversed after the withdrawal of 15 days.Conclusion:The 30mg·kg-1 of Zhiyangjiaonang is a safe dose for oral gavage in Beagle dogs.upward of 157mg·kg-1 of Zhiyangjiaonang can be toxic to Beagle dog,but it is reversible.更多还原
