正常家兔心率变异特点

【摘要】 目的:记录测定正常家兔在体和离体短程心率变异情况,探讨心脏自主神经功能的变化情况,为进一步研究家兔冠状动脉粥样硬化、冠脉痉挛时自主神经变化反映在心率变异性上的特点提供基础数据。方法:在体组用正交法记录胸前心电;离体组,采用兰氏(Langendorff)心脏灌流系统基础上,用正交悬浮电极法记录心电。采用Powerlab/8sp多道生理仪采集心电波。利用Chart模块对电信号进行短程心率变异分析。结果:正常家兔在体和离体组,短程心率变异分析结果值有明显不同。结论:正常家兔短程HRV特征较人体有明显区别,其频段取值范围有明显差异;在体与离体组HRV差异与神经体液调节因素有关。

【Abstract】 Objective:Recording the changes of short route heart rate variability at body and in isolated rabbit hearts,approaching the changes of autonomic neurofunction.To provid the date that changes of autonomic neurofunction during the coronary artery spasm.Methods:Choosing the orthogonal method to record ECG signal at body.On Langendorff-perfused rabbit hearts,using orthogonal suspending electrode to record ECG signal.Using the multiple channel physiograph to gather electrocardiowaves and the Chart modular to making the analysis of short route heart rate variation.Results:The analysis result of short route heart rate variability has the obvious dissimilarity between at body and isolated tabbit hearts.Conclusion:Comparing with human body,the characteristics of short route HRV and scope of frequency value on rabbits are different from it.The difference of HRV between them has something to do with the neurohumoral regulation factors.
