【Abstract】 This paper investigates the status quo of transformation of patent technology of universities and colleges in China and analyzes the factors influencing its transformation value and the related legal issues in its assessment.It is argues that the true meaning of value consists in transferring the patent technology superiority into economic and social benefits,making use of the intellectual property system.To realize this goal,universities need to strengthen their value-awareness and the assessment-awareness of the patented technology transformation and form an intellectual property rights management system,with the development,protection,conversion and operation of patent technology as the central links.更多还原
