减压膜蒸馏法浓缩氧化铝碳分母液的可行性

【摘要】 对减压膜蒸馏法浓缩氧化铝碳分母液的可行性进行了研究,系统考察了料液温度、减压侧压力及料液流速等操作条件对水蒸馏通量的影响。结果表明,蒸馏液的pH值约13,减压膜蒸馏对NaAlO2、NaOH及Na2CO3等非挥发性组分的截留率较高,能达到有效浓缩的目的;在实际操作过程中,温度越高、减压侧压力越低及料液流速越大,水蒸馏通量越大。

【Abstract】 The feasibility of concentrating mother liquor from alumina carbonation precipitation by vacuum membrane distillation(VMD) was studied,and the influence of feed temperature,downstream pressure and feed flow rate on water flux was investigated.The results indicated that the pH value in distillate was 13 approximately;the retention rate of non-volatile substances,such as NaAlO2,NaOH and Na2CO3,by VMD was higher and VMD could reach the purpose of effective concentration.In the practical operation,the higher the temperature,the lower the pressure at the side of pressure decreasing,and the greater the feed flow rate,the greater the water flux of membrane distillation will be.
