【Abstract】 Currently the establishment of strategic petroleum has been initiated in China.However,in domestic legal system,there still exist legislation defects related to the petroleum reserve and energy safety.Comparing with the petroleum reserve mode of foreign counties,this paper analyzes the importance of petroleum reserve,discusses the relative issues such as the mode and management we should take in dealing with Chinese petroleum reserve,and the construction of overall energy safety system as well.更多还原
