高温胁迫对豇豆幼苗叶片膜伤害与保护性物质的影响

【摘要】 以耐热性存在明显差异的两个豇豆品种(早优一号和优选之豇28-2)为试材,研究了高温胁迫(45℃/33℃)对其幼苗叶片膜伤害与保护性物质的影响。结果表明:在高温胁迫下,二者SOD、POD、CAT活性和Pro含量均有不同程度的上升,早优一号的SOD、POD、CAT活性和Pro含量均于处理3d后达到最大值,而优选之豇28-2SOD、POD、CAT活性和Pro含量分别于处理1d、1d、3d和3d后达到最大值。然后二者SOD、POD、CAT活性和Pro含量又有所下降,于35℃下恢复2d后均继续下降。二者MDA含量与相对电导率在高温胁迫期间始终呈上升趋势,均于处理5d后达到最大值。早优一号的SOD、POD、CAT活性与Pro含量均始终明显高于优选之豇28-2,而MDA含量与相对电导率均始终明显低于后者。表明在高温胁迫下耐热性较强的豇豆品种生物膜具有较高的稳定性,且其保护性酶活性较高,具有较强的活性氧清除能力。

【Abstract】 Two cowpea varieties(Vigna unguiculata W.,var.zaoyouNo.1 and youxuanzhijiang28-2) were used to study the membrane damage and the activities of protective enzymes in cowpea seedling leaves under high temperature (45℃/33℃).The results showed that under high temperature stress,activities of SOD、POD、CAT and Pro content of both varieties increased at different level,activities of SOD、POD、CAT and Pro content of zaoyouNo.1 were to the maximum point after 3 days’ stress without exception,while activities of SOD、POD、CAT and Pro content of youxuanzhijiang28-2 were to the maximum point after 1 day,1 day,3 days’ and 3 days’ stress.Then all of them decreased,and still decreased after 2 days’ recovery under 35℃.MDA content and relative conductivity of both varieties increased all along during the stress,to the maximum point after 5 days’ stress.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT and content of Pro of zaoyouNo.1 were higher distinctly than those of youxuanzhijiang28-2,however the MDA content and relative conductivity of it were lower apparently than those of the latter.The results indicated that under the high temperature stress,the membrane stability of zaoyouNo.1 was higher;the active oxygen quenching ability of its protective enzyme was also higher.
