Y3+取代Bi3+对Bi2(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7陶瓷烧结温度的影响
Effect of Substitution of Y3+ for Bi3+ on Sintering Temperature of Bi2(Zn1/3 Nb2/3)2O7 Based Ceramics
【摘要】 采用固相反应制备Bi2(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7微波陶瓷,并借助X射线、扫描电镜、LCR4284测试仪,研究Y3+取代Bi3+对Bi2(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7陶瓷烧结特性及介电性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着Y3+替代量的增加,晶粒尺寸减小,介电常数先减小后增大,烧结温度升高;适量的Y3+替代可以获得性能很好的BZN介质材料。
【Abstract】 The Bi2(Zn1/3 Nb2/3)2O7 microwave ceramics was prepared by traditional solid phase reaction. The phase structure and the microstructure were studied by using X ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. Dielectric properties were tested using Agilent 4284 resistance analytical equipment. The structure and dielectric properties of substituting Y3+ for Bi3+ in Bi2(Zn1/3 Nb2/3)2O7 based ceramics were investigated. It was found that the crystal dimension, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss vary with the change of Y3+ substitution. With increase in Y3+ substitution, BZN dielectric material with good performance can be obtained.
