腰椎椎弓根内部结构的解剖学研究

【摘要】 目的提供国人椎弓根内部结构的部分数据,探索椎弓根内部结构的规律,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法取10具成人尸体标本,取出L1~L5脊柱标本,螺旋CT扫描后进行多平面重建,测量椎弓根高度、宽度、内外缘、上下缘皮质厚度以及椎弓根内部松质骨的宽度和高度。结果L1~L5腰椎椎弓根高度平均为1.52cm,宽度为1.1cm,内缘皮质厚度为0.28cm,外缘皮质厚度为0.17cm,上缘皮质厚度为0.30cm,下缘皮质厚度为0.31cm,椎弓根内部松质骨宽度为0.65cm,高度为0.87cm。结论腰椎椎弓根外缘皮质厚度较内缘皮质厚度薄,上缘皮质厚度与下缘皮质厚度接近,椎弓根高度及宽度比内部松质骨的高度或宽度均更多0.5cm左右。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the rule of the internal structure of Chinese lumbar pedicle,so as to provide useful data for clinical work.MethordAll the vertebrea of L1~L5 from 10 corpses of adults were taken out and the pedicle data were collected using spiral CT multiplanar reconstructions,then the height and width of the pedicle of vertebral arch,the cortical thickness of the medial and lateral edge,the cortical thickness of superior and inferior border,and the height and width of internal cancellous of pedicles were measured,respectively.ResultsIn L1~L5 pedicle,the mean height was 1.52 cm,the mean width was 1.1 cm,the mean cortical thickness of the medial and lateral edge was 0.28 cm,the mean cortical thickness of superior border was 0.30 cm,the mean cortical thickness of inferior border was 0.31 cm,the mean height of internal cancellous was 0.87 cm,and the mean width of internal cancellous was 0.65 cm.ConclusionThe thickness of the lateral cortical was thinner than the medial in lumbar pedicle.The thickness of superior cortical was close to the inferior cortical in lumbar pedicle.The height and width of lumbar pedicles were 0.5 cm more than that of internal cancellous of pedicles.
