基于ARM和FPGA的电脑横机控制器的设计
Design of controller in computerized flat knitter base on ARM and FPGA
【摘要】 在分析电脑横机功能要求和控制系统的实现方式的基础上,介绍了一种基于嵌入式技术开发的全自动电脑横机控制系统,提出采用32位处理器ARM和FPGA作为嵌入式全自动横机的主控制和从控制,以及基于此设计思路的电脑横机控制系统,实际应用效果表明,这种控制器性价比和集成度都比较高,具有较好的使用价值。
【Abstract】 The functional requirements of the flat knitting machine and execution of its control system were analyzed,and a new control system of fully automatic flat knitting machine developed based on embedded technology was introduced.A 32-bit ARM microprocessor and FPGA were suggested as the main control unit and hypotaxis control respectively.Control system based on such design scheme is outstanding with high cost-performance,intergration and high utility.
