德阳110kV及以上电网安全分析

【摘要】 通过对2008年德阳110 kV及以上电网的分析,指出德阳电网存在问题,提出德阳电网在建设改造、调度、检修及运行维护等方面的建议。

【Abstract】 The situation of Deyang power grid of 110kV and above in 2008 is introduced.The existing problems are pointed out and the advices to improve the power grid in construction,dispatching,repair,operation and maintenance etc.are proposed.
