【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期心理应激对新生儿神经行为发育的影响。方法采用孕妇应激事件调查表评估母亲妊娠期应激水平,分为轻度应激组、重度应激组和对照组。20项神经行为测定法评价其新生儿神经行为的发育。结果轻度应激组3天新生儿神经行为测定为35.84±2.56分,7天新生儿神经行为测定为37.6±3.45分;重度应激组3天新生儿神经行为测定为32.08±2.87分,7天新生儿神经行为测定为35.42±2.12分;对照组新生儿神经行为测定为39.56±3.46分,应激组新生儿神经行为测定评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),重度应激组新生儿神经行为测定评分低于轻度应激组(P<0.01);单项减分易出现在对光、对声习惯形成及牵拉反应三方面;不同分娩方式、不同性别不影响新生儿神经行为测查结果;正常出生体重与新生儿神经行为测定基础分没有相关性。结论妊娠期心理应激对新生儿神经行为发育产生不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate adverse influences effect of prenatal maternal psychological stress on neurobehavioral development of the neonate in human.Methods 240 pregnant women were divided into three groups: control group(n=120),mild stress group and severe stress group.Using Stress Events Scale for Pregnant Women,the stress level during whole gestational period of pregnant women were classified into mild stress and severe stress.Neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA) was used to estimate neurobehavioral development of the neonates.Results The score in NBNA of neonates in the prenatal maternal stress group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.01),furthermore,in the severe maternal stress group,the sore in NBNA of the neonates was less than that in the mild maternal stress group and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Score deduction for single item was often seen in three aspects: adaptations to sound and light and stretch reaction.However,delivery pattern,gender,birth weight didn’t affect the score in NBNA.There was no correlation between normal birth weight and basic NBNA score.Conclusion These results suggest that prenatal maternal stress poses adverse influences on neurobehavioral development of the neonates.更多还原
