【摘要】 设计了平网印花机刮印单元控制系统,其硬件组成模块包括以TI公司TMS320F2812为核心的控制电路,以IR公司的智能功率模块IRAMY20UP60B为核心的电机驱动单元,以AT89C52为核心的操作面板三大部分。并详细论述了这三大模块的具体设计,给出了在设计过程中需注意的问题及解决办法。这种设计方法具有较低的成本和很高的可靠性,软件具有很强的可扩展性,只要更改相应的软件,此硬件平台可控制三相交流异步电动机或三相永磁同步电动机。更多还原
