【摘要】 将农药残留的气相色谱测定方法开发应用于基质较为复杂的牛乳中,应用丙酮、乙腈(体积比1:4)的混合溶剂提取,离心,收集并浓缩处理样品。此方法的检出限在0.006 mg/kg到0.17 mg/kg的范围内。牛奶中加标有0.2×10-6,0.4×10-6,0.6×10-6 mg/kg三个浓度水平,回收率为87.86%～113.77%;标准偏差<7%。可以应用此方法监控牛乳样品中有机磷农药残留情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method was developed for the GC determination of organophosphate insecticides in milk.Pesticide residues are extracted from the samples with acetone and acetonitrile(V︰V=1︰4),centrifuged,collected and evaporated to dryness.The method detection limits ranged from 0.006 mg/kg to 0.17 mg/kg.Recoveries from milk samples which add pesticides at three concentrations(0.2×10-6,0.4×10-6,0.6×10-6 mg/kg) were 87.86 % to 113.77% with standard deviations(SDs) < 7%.This method was validated using milk samples.更多还原
