含氮硼酸酯的合成及其抗磨减摩特性研究
Synthesis and Antiwear and Friction Reduction of Borate Ester Nitrogen-containing
【摘要】 研究了含氮硼酸酯的合成,确定了最佳的工艺条件,探讨了反应方法、反应温度、反应时间对反应出水量和产物收率的影响。结果表明:在105~110℃反应11h等最佳条件下,反应收率达到85%;该硼酸酯具有较好的水解稳定性。经四球长磨实验表明,当含氮硼酸酯在液体石蜡中的添加量为0.25%时,摩擦因数降至0.094;磨斑直径为0.49mm。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of borate ester containing nitrogen as lubricant additive was studied.The optimal processing conditions including the synthetic method,the reaction time and the reaction temperature were determined.The results show the reaction is completed at 105~110 ℃ for 11 h with the final yield of about 85%.The product has good hydrolysis stability.A four-ball tribometer was employed to evaluate its anti-wear and friction-reducing properties.The best tribological performance could be obtained with the coefficient of friction of 0.094,wear scar diameter of 0.49 mm,when the addition weight ratio of borate ester containing nitrogen in liquid paraffin is 0.25%.
