水热法合成微米级棒状SnO2
Hydrothermal Synthesis of SnO2 Microrods
【摘要】 本文采用水热法,以SnCl4.5H2O和ZnO为前驱物,6mol/L KOH作矿化剂,低温180℃反应12h,高温430℃反应24h,合成了微米级棒状SnO2。测量了合成材料的X射线衍射谱(XRD),利用透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对晶体的形貌进行了表征。实验结果表明,在低温180℃时首先合成了ZnSnO3,提高温度到430℃,利用ZnSnO3高温分解的特性提供了SnO2晶体生长的溶质条件,使SnO2晶体持续生长,合成了微米级SnO2,晶体直径可达0.3~0.5μm,长度约为3~10μm。通过在酸性溶液中浸泡生成物,可以获得纯SnO2晶体。
【Abstract】 In this paper,SnO2 micronrods were synthesized by hydrothermal method,with SnCl4·5H2O and ZnO as precursor,6mol/L KOH as mineralizer.The reaction time was 12h at 180℃and 24h at 430℃.The crystals were determined by XRD and the morphology of crystals was studied through TEM and SEM.The result showed that ZnSnO3 was obtained firstly at 180℃,then,the temperature was raised to 430℃.Because of the resolvability of ZnSnO3 in high temperature,the solute condition was provided which made SnO2 continuously grow and finally SnO2 microncrystals were synthesized.The diameters of the crystals were 0.3-0.5μm,the length was 3-10μm.The pure SnO2 crystals were obtained by dipping the resultant into acidic solution.
