鸦胆子、黄连、白头翁和槟榔对人芽囊原虫体外杀虫作用的比较
In Vitro Antiprotozoal Effects of Brucea javanica,Coptis chinensis, Radix pulsatillae and Arecae on Blastocystis hominis
【摘要】 目的通过比较鸦胆子、黄连、白头翁和槟榔对人芽囊原虫的体外杀虫作用,筛选出对人芽囊原虫有效的中药及浓度。方法分别于加药24h和72h后对细胞进行计数,来评价药物的作用效果。结果鸦胆子的最适浓度为1600~3200μg/ml;黄连的最适浓度为6400!g/ml;白头翁不能完全杀死虫体,其最低抑虫浓度为800!g/ml;槟榔无效。结论鸦胆子、黄连、白头翁和槟榔是传统的治疗肠道感染和抗肠道寄生虫的中草药。通过比较药物最适浓度和最低抑虫浓度,发现鸦胆子的杀虫效果强于黄连;白头翁可抑制虫体繁殖;槟榔对人芽囊原虫无抑制和杀灭作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the in vitro killing effects of the traditional Chinese herbs Byucea javanica, Coptis chinensis,Radix pulsatillae and Arecae on Blastocystis hominis. Methods The killing effects of the herb extracts were evaluated through cell-counting with erythrocytometer after 24 and 72 hours treatment. Results The optimal killing concentrations for Brucea javanica and Coptis chinensi were 1 600~3 200 μg/ml and 6 400 μg/ml, respectively. Radix pulsatillae could not eliminate all the cells and its minimal inhibitory concentration was 800 μg/ml. Arecaen had no killing effect on Blastocystis hominis. Conclusion Byucea javanica, Coptis chinensis,Radix pulsatillae and Arecae are tranditional Chinese drugs usually applied to cure intestinal parasitic infections. Byucea javanica is more effective than Coptis chinensis to kill Blastocystis hominis and may be a good alternative drug of western medicine. Radix pulsatillae can inhibit the propagation of this parasite, and Arecae has no killing effect.
