石墨炉原子吸收法测定人发和血清中痕量钼的研究
Determination of trace molybdenum in human hair and serum by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry
【摘要】 目的建立测定人发和血清样品中痕量钼的新方法。方法采用CaCl2为钼基体改进剂,1%HNO3为介质,灰化温度1800℃、20s,原子化温度2800℃、5s,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定人发和血清样品中痕量钼。结果人发和血清中痕量钼浓度范围为0~40μg/L时,方法线性良好,相关系数r=0.9994,回收率为84.0%~96.0%,RSD为1.6%~3.9%。结论方法简便,精密度好,结果准确,适用于人发和血清及一般体生物组织样品中痕量钼的测定。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a new method for detection of molydenum in human hair and serum.Methods CaCl2 was used as midifier and 1%HNO3 as mediator with ash tempertature of 1800℃ for 20 seconds and atomic temperature of 2800℃ for 5 seconds,then graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used for determination of molydenum in human hair and serum.Results The linear correlation was good when the oncentrations of molydenum in human hair and serum was in the ranges of 0~40μg/L a correlation coefficient of r=0.9994,a recovery of 84.0%~96.0% and RSD of.6%~3.9%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and suitale for determination of molydenum in human hair and serum.
