【摘要】 目的评价CT引导下经皮肺细针穿刺细胞学检查在肺周围性病变诊断中的应用价值。方法分析30例肺周围性病变患者在CT引导下经皮细针肺穿刺的细胞学检查资料。结果30例患者经细胞学检查,24例获得有意义诊断,细胞学检查对肺周围性病变诊断的准确度为95.8%、灵敏度为92.3%,并发症发生率10.0%。结论CT引导下经皮细针肺穿刺定位准确、操作安全、行细胞学检查准确度较高,是一项可靠的辅助诊断技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the value of cytological examination guided by CT(computer tomography)using fine needle aspiration per cutem in diagnosis of peripheral pathological changes in lung.Methods The results of 30 cases with pulmonary peripheral pathological changes undertook cytological exmamination guided by CT using fine needle aspiration per cutem were analyzed.Results Positive results were observed in 24 cases and the rates of accuracy and sensitivity of the cytological examination were 95.8% and 92.3%,respectively.The incidence of complication of cytological examination per cutem was 10.0%.Conclusion The fine needle aspiration per cutem guided by CT is a reliable and acurate and sensitive methods for auxiliary diagnosis of cancerous changes in the lung.更多还原
