【摘要】 目的分析阳江市肺结核病发现与治疗转归情况,为结核病防治提供科学依据。方法收集2001~2005年结核病登记报表进行病例的发现及治疗转归分析。结果5年来共收新登记活动性肺结核病人6394例,涂阳肺结核病例占活动性肺结核病例的比例由2001年的95.0%下降到2005年的63.2%。新发涂阳登记率由2001年的35.21/10万上升到2005年的37.13/10万。平均治愈率为97.89%。结论5年间阳江市肺结核病人的发现与治疗管理水平不断提高,结核病控制取得了显著成效,使结核病控制工作得到了初步解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze results of case-finding and treatment outcome of pulmonary tuberculosis in Yangjing Cityand provid the basis for making tuberculosis control strategy. Methods The registered tuberculosis cases and treatment outcome tuberculosis from 2001 to 2005 were analyzed. Results From 2001 to 2005 the total active cases were 6 394, the proportion of smear positive cases in active cases was declined from 95.0% in 2001 to 63.2% in 2005, the new registration rate of smear positive cases were raised from 35.21/100000 in 2001 to 37.13/100000 in 2005 .Cure rate was raised 97.89%. Conclusion The level of case-finding and cure management of pulmonary tuberculosis have been improved in Yangjing in recent 5 years and marked achievements have been made.更多还原
