【摘要】 目的分析安徽省2006年国家级血吸虫病疫情监测点调查结果,为制订防治对策提供参考。方法按《全国血吸虫病监测方案》的调查内容与调查方法开展监测工作,统计与分析各项调查指标。结果全省12个监测点人群感染率为0.95%,牛的粪检阳性率11.2%,活螺密度1.64只/0.11m2,阳性螺密度0.0026只/0.11m2。结论大多数监测点人群感染率较2005年明显下降,但控制家畜感染与控制螺情仍是当前防治工作难点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the surveillance results of schistosomiasis in Anhui in 2006, and provide scientific basis for making out control strategies. Methods The surveillance works were carried out according to the national protocol for schistosomiasis surveillance, all the investigation data were summarized and analyzed. Results The infection rate of the residents in the 12 surveillance sites was 0.95%, the positive rate of cattle was 11.2%, the average density of living snails was 1.64 snails/0.11m2, and the average density of infested snails was 0.002 6 snails/0.11m2. Conclusion The infection rate of the residents declined obviously compared with that in 2005 in most of the sites. However, it was still very difficult to control the infection of domestic animals and the diffusion of snail.更多还原
