304不锈钢离子渗氮工艺研究
Ion Nitriding for 304 Stainless Steel
【摘要】 对304不锈钢离子渗氮后的渗层性能进行了研究,结果表明,经离子渗氮后,钢的表面性能得到明显改善。影响工件表面结构和性能的主要因素是离子渗氮温度和保温时间。相同的渗氮时间,不同的H2/N2将得到不同性能的渗层。
【Abstract】 Performance of ion nitrided case of 304 stainless steel was studied.The results revealed that the surface performance of 304 stainless steel after ion nitriding had been obviously enhanced,that the temperature and duration of ion nitriding were enssential factors influencing the structure and performance of ion nitrided case,and that the nitrided case with different properties would be produced when ratio of H2 to N2 was different but nitriding duration was identical.
