内置式加热器的凝汽器喉部的三维数值研究

【摘要】 采用SIMPLE算法和k-ε模型,对一凝汽器喉部建立数值模型。对低压加热器在凝汽器喉部不同布置形式、不同布置位置进行了三维的数值模拟,得到喉部流场的速度分布情况。表明无论低加在凝汽器喉部采取何种布置形式,都会对喉部流场的速度分布的不均匀性产生极大影响;在扩散角的影响下,低加横向布置速度流场的均匀性略优于纵向布置;低加布置在较低的位置的出口流场相对来说要好一些,通过改变低加布置高度对流场的改善效果不大。

【Abstract】 With SIMPLE algorithm and k-ε model,setting up a numeric model of the throat of the condenser.Proceeding the 3d numerical analogue of the L.P.H in the throat of the condenser in different forms and position,getting the distribution of the velocity.through the analogue.it indicates that whichever arrangement form of the L.P.H we take it will extreamly affect the uniform of the distribution of velocity in the throat of the condenser;but with the effect of the angle of the flare,the uniform of the distribution of velocity arranged in cross direction is a little better than in longwise direction;the arrangement of the L.P.H in lower position is relatively better to the outlet flow field,but the improvement of the flow field is not apparent with the alteration of the arrange height of the L.P.H.
