【摘要】 目的:探讨不同人格特征对肝移植患者院外治疗依从性的影响。方法:建立肝移植患者随访数据库,运用艾森克人格问卷及肝移植患者依从性评定量表对55例肝移植术后患者的情况进行评定。结果:肝移植患者的不同人格特征影响院外治疗的依从性,外向不稳定型与内向不稳定型患者的依从性低于外向稳定型与内向稳定型患者(P<0.01)。结论:肝移植前后,应根据患者的不同人格特征,有针对性地进行健康教育,以提高患者院外治疗的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of different personalities on therapeutic compliance of patients with liver transplantation outside hospital.Methods: Database of follow-up for the patients with liver transplantation was set up and EPQ was used to investigate and evaluate the compliance of the patients after liver transplantation.Results: The different personalities affected the therapeutic compliance of patients with liver transplantation outside hospital.The compliance of the patients with unstable extroverted and introverted personalities was lower than that with stable extroverted and introverted personalities(P<0.01).Conclusion: Proper health education should be given to those patients who had liver transplantation according to different personalities of the patients so as to increase the therapeutic compliance.更多还原
