NSE、CEA检测联合骨扫描在小细胞肺癌早期骨转移中的诊断

【摘要】 目的:探讨明确诊断小细胞肺癌早期骨转移的有效方法。方法:选择50例肺炎患者作为对照组,用化学发光免疫分析法检测神经原烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原(CEA);用单光子发射型计算机断层(SPECT)对45例小细胞肺癌(SCLC)患者进行全身骨显像,同时测定NSE、CEA。结果:有骨转移的(31例)SCLC患者中NSE、CEA浓度明显高于无骨转移的肺炎患者,骨显像阳性组和骨显像阴性组比较发现,NSE有显著差别(P<0.001),NSE有较显著差别。阴性组与肺炎组比较无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:同时测定血清NSE、CEA有助于明确诊断SCLC患者核素骨显像异常表现的病变性质。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the most effective diagnostic approach for early understand bone metastasis in patients with small cell lung cancerous(SCLC).Methods:Serum level of NSE and CEA(with CLIA)were determined in 45 patients with SCLC and 50 controls(with benign pneumonia).99mTc bone scan with SPECT was performed in all the patients with SCLC.Results:Serum level of NSE and CEA in the SCLC patients with bone metastasis(n=45)were significantly higher than those in without bone metastasis and controls.Serum NSE levels in both groups of the cancer patients were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.001).However Serum CEA levels was only significantly higher in cancer patients with bone metastasis(P<0.001)but not so in patients without bone metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusions:In SCLC patients with abnormal ECT,Simultaneous determination of serum NSE and CEA levels would be helpful for early diagnosis of bone metastasis.
