【摘要】 目的观察猫儿眼提取物对小鼠移植瘤细胞Hep、S180的抑制作用及对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法在模型组、5-Fu组、猫儿眼提取物组(E)和5-Fu+E组小鼠右前肢腋皮下接种瘤中,分别注射Tween80溶液、5-Fu、猫儿眼提取物和猫儿眼提取物+5-Fu。结果用Hep、S180攻击后,治疗组小鼠血清溶血素生成值、小鼠碳粒廓清指数和抑瘤率与模型组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。病理学研究发现:三组均有坏死。治疗组的坏死面积均高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论中药猫儿眼对小鼠移植瘤Hep、S180有明显抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the inhibiting effect of Mao Er Yan extract on HEP and S180 cells in mice.Methods The mice were divided into four groups:e.g.Mao Er Yan extract treated group(10);5-Fu group(10);Mao Er Yan extract plus and 5-Fu treated group(10) and control group(10).Immunological function of mouse and pathological data of all cases of Hep and S180 tumor were analyzed retrospectively.Results After being challenged with S180 and HEP cells,The Clcoroncc index K and Spleen index in the therapeutic group were higher than those of the normal saline group(P<0.05),the inhibition rate of Mao Er Yan extract groups was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mao Er Yan extract may be a efficient medicine for treatment of Hep and S180.更多还原
