急性高原缺氧对尿低分子蛋白的影响
EFFECTS OF HYPOXIA ON EXCRETION LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT PROTEIN IN URINE
【摘要】 目的探讨急性高原缺氧环境下尿液中低分子蛋白含量的变化。方法对50名健康志愿者分别在三个不同海拔高度(2260m,3719m,4300m)留取尿液标本行尿α1微球蛋白(α1MG)、β2微球蛋白(β2MG)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、尿蛋白1(UP-1)等低分子蛋白浓度检测。结果随着海拔的升高和缺氧的加重,尿液中所测低分子量蛋白浓度逐渐升高,各组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性缺氧可造成近端肾小管重吸收功能的下降,其受损程度可能和急性高原病的严重程度呈正相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of excretion of low molecular weight protein actions in urine under various hypoxic conditions.Methods α1-microglobulin(α1-MG),β2-microgobluin(β2-MG),Renal binding protein(RBP) and urine protein-1(UP-1) were detected among healthy adults in urine at different altitudes including 2260m,3719m and 4300m,respectively.Results The measured proteins continuously increased with the elevating of the altitude,and there was variability among groups.Conclusion Hypoxia may play certain roles in decreasing the function of re-absorption in the renal proximal tubule,and there was positive correlation between damaged degree with the severity of acute mountain sickness.
