【Abstract】 Many scientists have done much research work on why children can grasp the language system in a short time and mainly they have obtained two theories: one lays particular emphasis on the external conditions,believing that children grasp the language system by depending on the postnatal education and environment,and the other one lays particular emphasis on internal conditions,emphasizing that children’s speech is mainly decided by the inborn physiological conditions and the brain’s heredity mechanism.This essay is to introduce some related theories and discuss the conditions of how children acquire their speech capacity and their language developing process.更多还原
