紫菜单细胞活饵料的稚参育苗研究

【摘要】 用海螺酶游离条斑紫菜叶状体单细胞作为饵料,与底栖硅藻、配合饵料、鼠尾藻磨碎液在稚参育苗过程中进行了饵料效果的对比研究。紫菜细胞组稚参30日龄时的存活率高达90.17%,高于底栖硅藻组,极显著高于配合饵料组及鼠尾藻磨碎液组(P<0.01);紫菜细胞组稚参的体长、日增长及体重的特定生长率在开始阶段高于配合饵料组与鼠尾藻磨碎液组;紫菜细胞组稚参的变色率高达11.82%,与鼠尾藻磨碎液组接近,显著高于配合饵料组(P<0.05)。试验表明:紫菜单细胞可以替代底栖硅藻、配合饵料、鼠尾藻磨碎液用于稚参育苗。为研究稚参育苗的饵料开辟了一条新途径。

【Abstract】 Compared with that of attached diatoms,compound diet and ground liquid of Sargassum thunbergii,the dietary effect of live monocells derived from Porphyra yezoensis by digestion with enzymes were studied in juvenile Stichopus japonicus.The survival rate of the 30-day old S.japonicus on the live monocell diet group was 90.17%,which was higher than that on the attached diatom group and significantly(P<0.01)higher than those of the compound diet group and ground liquid of S.thunbergii group.It was found that,at the first stage,live monocell diet had better effect on DIBL and SGR in weight than compound diet and ground S.thunbergii.It was also found that,the colour-change rate of live monocell diet group reached to 11.82% and which was not significantly different from ground liquid of S.thunbergii group;Nevertheless,the colour-change rate of the live monocell diet group was significantly higher than that of the compound diet group(P<0.05).The main results show that live monocells with evident dietary effect is a better substitute for attached diatoms,compound diet and ground liquid of S.thunbergii for rearing S.japonicus.This study provides a new approach to dietary exploitation of S.japonicus in the future.enzyme treatment;Porphyra yezoensis;juvenile Stichopus japonicus;live monocell diet
