【Abstract】 The tag methods used in sea urchin studies are reviewed,and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed.The most acceptable external tag is the nylon screw tag,which is suitable for studying the behavior of sea urchins.And the most acceptable internal tag is the PIT(passive integrated transponder) tag,which is suitable for observing the growth of sea urchins.But when marking a group,tetracycline injection is often used.更多还原
