【Abstract】 It is five years after entrying the WTO,China banking industry has opened fully to the world already,and contrastly,the step of it to open to our own cuntry is slow.The development of private bank is benificial to face the foreign bank challenge and it has great factual benifit to accelerate the market-oriented course of monetary system of our country.We should fully recognize the risk of private bank firstly,then supervise and manage the market access of private bank by law strictly to keep its healthy and orderly develepment.更多还原
