【摘要】 研究了轿车万向节星型套集成智能设计系统的开发过程。利用专家系统与神经网络相结合的智能技术建立了GC/GD-ANN-ES集成智能设计系统模型。采用CSG树方法进行星型套锻件几何造型;利用规则与框架相结合的方法建立子知识库,并通过黑板推理与正向推理相结合的推理机制建立了ES子系统;应用模糊神经网络技术进行了回弹量预测。通过实际生产验证了集成智能设计系统的可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development process of integrated intelligent design system for CVJ inner race is studied.An GC/GD-ANN-ES integrated intelligent model is established by using the intelligent technology which combined expert system and neural network.The CSG method is used to proceeding forge geometry modeling,the repository is founded by using rule and frame combining method,and ES subsystem is set up by blackboard and forward reasoning strategy.The fuzzy neural network technique is set up to estimate elastic deformation,and the reliability of the integrated intelligent design system is validated by actual manufacture.更多还原
