【摘要】 目的研究辅酶Q10溶液的光解动力学。方法在2000~6000 lux光照度下对辅酶Q10溶液进行强制降解实验,应用HPLC法分离并测定辅酶Q10的含量。结果在选定的色谱条件下,辅酶Q10及其光解产物得到分离。辅酶Q10溶液的光解符合一级动力学,光解速率常数lnk与照度E呈线性关系,回归方程为:lnk=2×10-4E–4.278,r=0.994 8。结论根据光对辅酶Q10溶液稳定性的影响规律,预测了该药物在室内自然光照射下的贮存期小于7.5 h,提示辅酶Q10溶液应严格避光保存。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the photodegradation kinetics of CoQ10 solution.Methods Photodegradation of CoQ10 solution was carried out under 2 000-6 000 lux.HPLC was used to determine the concentration of CoQ10.Results An HPLC method has been established to detect CoQ10 and its photoproduct.The photodegradation kinetics of CoQ10 solution followed the first order.A linearity was obtained between the rate constants of photodegradation reactions of CoQ10 solution and illuminance of light.The regression equation was lnk = 2×10-4 E – 4.278(r = 0.994 8).Conclusion Based on the effect of light on the degradation,the shelf life of CoQ10 solution under indoor daylight is about 7.5 h.更多还原
