水样中硫酸盐快速测定方法的研究
Rapid Determination of Sulfate in Water
【摘要】 在明胶微粒存在的微酸性环境中,SO42-与Ba2+反应生成均匀、稳定的BaSO4悬浊液,该悬浊液在576 nm有最大吸收峰,而后利用本实验室研制的金属元素自动分析仪的流动功能进行SO42-的测定。在最适检测条件下,运用该方法测定SO42-可以得到线性良好且范围广的标准曲线,线性范围为2.5~5和5~160 mg/L;该方法的检测限为0.468 mg/L,相对标准偏差为4.12%(n=7)。利用该方法分析水中的SO42-,回收率为98.0%~108.0%,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 Sulfate was determined by the FIA function of automatic metallic elements analyzer developed by our laboratory after reacting with Ba2+ to form an even,steady and turbid BaSO4 solution in acidulated media with glutin existed,the maximum absorbance of which is at 576 nm.Under the optimum condition,standard curve with good linearity and broad liner range can be obtained among the ranges of 2.5-5 and 5-160 mg/L.The detection limit of the method is 0.468 mg/L,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 4.12%(n=7).A satisfied result can be achieved with the proposed method to analyze the sulfate ion in water,and the range of recovery is 98.0-108.0%.
