松花粉水解制取复合氨基酸的研究

【摘要】 本文以油松花粉为原料,通过盐酸水解制取复合氨基酸。研究了影响花粉水解的主要影响因素。实验结果表明,松花粉酸水解反应最优工艺条件是:反应时间9h、反应温度104℃、盐酸的浓度30%、反应液固比6∶1,制取的氨基氮含量可达3.3 g/100 g以上,花粉总水解率达58%以上。

【Abstract】 Via hydrochloric acid hydrolyzing,complex amino acid was gained with pine pollen as material.The main factors of influencing pollen hydrolysis were studied.The results showed that the optimum conditions of pine pollen acidic hydrolysis : reaction time was 9 h,reaction temperature was 104 ℃,the content of hydrochloric acid was 30%,the ratio between liquid and solid was 6∶1.In the best condition,the content of amino nitrogen was up to 3.3 g/100 g,and the total hydrolysis rate of pollen was up to 58%.
