【Abstract】 Quantitative analysis of minodiacetonitrile in the sample was conducted by external standard method using HPLC. With UV detector wave length at 210 nm,C18 5 μm reverse phase column by Alletch,methanol-water (pH 5.5) as flowing phase,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 4,standard deviation was 0.04,and recovery was 98.5 to 101.5%,respectively.更多还原
