【摘要】 清洁发展机制(CDM)是《京都议定书》规定的灵活三机制之一。简要介绍了清洁发展机制(CDM)的背景以及在中国的总体状况;对河北省开展CDM工作、开发CDM项目的现状以及存在的一些问题进行了分析;认为河北省发展CDM具有很大潜力和优势;并就如何推动河北省的CDM发展提出了对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Clean Development Mechanism(CDM) is one of the three mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol which has come into force since February 2005.In order to assist the parties to achieve their greenhouse gas emission reduction targets,the Protocal defines three innovative "flexibility mechanisms" to lower the overall costs for meeting the targets.This paper briefly introduces the background of the Clean Development Mechanism(CDM) and the overall situation in China.The current situation of CDM projects development in Hebei Province and existing problems were analyzed.It was deemed that CDM has a great potential of development in Hebei Province,and some suggestions for promoting CDM projects were made.更多还原
