旱涝等级评估及灰色灾变预测在辽阳市的应用
The Evaluation of Drought/Flood Grade and Grey Disaster Prediction in Liaoyang
【摘要】 本文利用辽阳气象站近50年的降水资料,分析降水量变化规律,运用Z指数法对辽阳市的旱涝等级进行评定。建立旱涝灾害GM(1,1)预测模型,并预测出旱涝出现的年份。
【Abstract】 This paper used nearly 50 years rainfall data in Liaoyang,the variety of precipitation regulation was analysised,then to evaluate the grades of flood/drought of using Z index.Build GM(1,1)model,then used it to predict flood/drought years.
