【摘要】 目的探讨肝移植患者术后他可莫司(FK506)血药浓度与血糖、血脂之间的相关关系。方法微粒子酶免疫法(MEIA)测定FK506血药浓度;酶法测定血糖、血脂,动态观察血糖、血脂与不同血药浓度的关系。结果FK506血药浓度与血糖呈直线正相关关系;FK506血药浓度与甘油三酯呈直线正相关关系;FK506血药浓度与总胆固醇相关程度较低。结论肝移植患者使用FK506后应进行血糖、血脂的动态监测,避免因血糖、血脂升高给机体带来的一系列损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship among tacrolimus concentration,blood glucose and serum lipids after liver transplantation.Methods The FK506 concentration was detected by micro-particle enzyme immunoassay(MEIA),blood glucose and serum lipid was determined by automatic biochemical system CX5.The relationship among tacrolimus concentration,blood glucose and serum lipids was studied.Results The level of blood glucose and serum triglyceride was linearly correlated with the concentration of FK506.The level of serum cholesterol was not significantly associated with the concentration of FK506.Conclusion It is necessary to monitor the level of blood glucose and serum lipids after using immune depressant in patients with liver transplantation.更多还原
