【摘要】 目的观察大鼠腰椎间盘退变动物模型中椎间盘组织的胶原变化。方法建立SD大鼠腰椎间盘退变模型,设为模型组,正常SD大鼠为对照组,每组各16只,术后8周,应用病理组织学、电镜技术观察SD大鼠椎间盘组织的胶原纤维。结果正常对照组的椎间盘组织胶原纤维排列整齐、规则,纵横交错、大小及方向一致,无团块样结构出现;模型组的椎间盘组织胶原纤维发生不同程度的变性、融合、扭结或钙化,胶原纤维束间裂隙增大。结论正确了解腰椎间盘退变动物模型中胶原的变化,可为研究腰椎间盘疾患提供相关的实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of collagen in the rat model study of lumbar intervertebral disc degenerative.Methods Sixteen Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was made by operating for providing the rat degeneration of lumbar intervertebral induced mechanical instability state.The control group was just incised the skin.All of the rats were examined after eight weeks by pathology and ultra pathology.Results Collagenous fibrils were regular,its shape and array were similar ultra pathological characterization in the control group,and collagenous fibrils appeared various kinds of degeneration including fusion,twist and calcification,were distorted,twist into woolen yarn-like masses,there were gaps between the collagen bundles in the experimental group.Conclusion It can offer the experimental data for study of the degeneration of lumbar intervertebral disc by observing the changes in the rat model study of lumbar intervertebral disc degenerative.更多还原
