应用因子及聚类分析研究春棉数量性状及品种分类
Appliances of Factor and Cluster Analysis in Variety Analysis in the Cotton Zones
【摘要】 对参加全国2005年春棉区试(A组)的13个品种,包括植株、产量和纤维品质共22个数量性状进行因子分析结果表明,前6个公因子对所考察性状变异的累计方差贡献率达89.24%,反映了所考查性状的绝大部分变异信息,根据各品种在各公因子上的得分值,将13个供试品种从产量和品质的差异聚为5大类。图1,表4,参8。
【Abstract】 Factor analysis method was applied to study 22 characteristics indexes of 13 varieties from the spring cotton zones in all of the county in 2005,with cotton plant,yield and fiber quality in all included.The result showed that the cumulative total variance rate of the previous 6 common factors,which reflected most of the characteristic information,to the tested characteristic varieties amounted to 89.24%.Five groups had been clustered of the thirteen tested varieties from the differences in yield and quality according to the scores of the varieties on the common factors,respectively.
