【摘要】 用SEM、XRD及IR研究了宁夏鸡卵壳微结构及矿物特征.研究结果表明,鸡卵壳由晶体层、栅栏层、锥体层和壳膜层4种结构层组成,外表面分布有气孔和龟裂纹,内壳膜由网状的蛋白质组成;卵壳矿物成分主要为方解石型碳酸钙,晶体层中方解石(110)、(113)和(202)衍射面垂直外表面定向排列.该研究结果对鸡卵壳综合利用具有重要意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 The microstructure and mineral characteristics of eggshell from Ningxia were researched with SEM,XRD and IR.The research showed that eggshell were composed of four layers such as the surface layer of crystal,the palisade layer,the cone layer and the eggshell membrane layer.There were holes and turtle crack in the eggshell.The mineral phase of eggshell is mainly calcite.The diffraction plane of eggshell powder such as(110),(113) and(202) are orientated to outer surface.The result may be useful for multiple utilization of eggshell.更多还原
