【Abstract】 The report on the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that China has entered a key period of development and reform,a period in which social contradiction happens frequently.To solve the social contradiction,it is necessary to construct a systematic stabilization mechanism including thinking identification mechanism,interest balance mechanism,social insurance mechanism,social management mechanism,contradiction settling mechanism,information transfer mechanism and social guiding mechanism.This systematic mechanism would realize the united efficiency,the tolerant structure,opening running and control in the whole process.更多还原
