不同剂量壳聚糖对大鼠降血脂作用研究
The effect of water-soluble chitooligosaccharide(WSC) in different concentration on hyporlipidemia in hyperlipidemia rats
【摘要】 目的:观察不同剂量壳聚糖对高脂模型大鼠降血脂及抗氧化作用。方法:SD大鼠96只,雌雄各半,随机分为正常组、高脂对照组及0.28%、0.73%、1.89%、4.91%壳聚糖共6组(不同剂量壳聚糖组喂以含不同剂量壳聚糖的高脂饲料),实验开始时及第4周、第9周眼眶取血测血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),第9周末处死一半大鼠测血浆TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C。TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C测定采用酶法。结果:与高脂对照组相比,不同剂量壳聚糖大鼠血浆TC升高受到抑制;0.28%、0.73%组大鼠血浆TG降低;4.91%壳聚糖组大鼠血浆LDL-C降低。结论:0.28%、0.73%、1.89%、4.91%壳聚糖对高血脂大鼠的血脂均有降低作用;4.91%壳聚糖还能降低大鼠LDL-C,防治血脂异常效果最佳。
【Abstract】 Objective: To expolore the effect of water-soluble chitooligosaccharide(WSC) in different concentration on hyperlipidemia and antioxidation in hyperlipidemia rats.Methods: Thirty weaning male 4 weeks old Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal group,hyperlipidemia group and treatment group.Normal group were fed on a commercial rat chow diet for 8 weeks,while hyperlipidemia group were fed on a lipid-rich diet containing 5% lard,1%cholesteral and 0.25% cholate and treatment group were fed on lipid-rich diet plus a level of 5% chitosan.The lipid levels in plasma were observed.Results: Compared with hyperlipidemia group,in the treatment group,0.28% to 4.91% chitosan can markedly decrease total cholesterol(TC),4.91% chitosan can decrease LDL-C in plasma(P<0.05).Conclusions: 0.28% to 4.91% chitosan can lower TC levels in hyperlipidemia rats,and the effect on hyporlipidemia of 4.91% chitosan is the most.
