颅底卵圆孔CT及颅底标本观测对比研究

【摘要】 目的:通过对颅底CT和颅底标本进行对照研究,观测国人卵圆孔的形态,测量其径值,为临床射频温控热凝术治疗三叉神经痛提供依据。方法:分别观测卵圆孔颅底CT图像205例(410侧)和78例颅骨标本(156侧)的卵圆孔形态和径值,进行两者对比分析。结果:卵圆孔颅底CT扫描其形态与颅底标本观测均可分为5种类型:卵圆形、圆形、肾形、梨形、长条形。颅底CT卵圆孔长径均值为8.04±1.352 mm、宽径均值为4.05±0.751 mm;颅底标本长径均值为7.54±1.68 mm、宽径均值为3.66±1.98mm。颅底CT测量和颅底标本测量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);卵圆孔在性别上存在差异(P<0.05)。在侧别上长径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而宽径有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卵圆孔颅底CT能客观反映国人卵圆孔的形态和径值,可以为临床射频温控热凝术治疗三叉神经痛提供依据。

【Abstract】 Objectve:CT images on base of skull were compared with basalis samples,to observe and measure the shape and diameter of foramen ovale cranium and provide basis for treating trigeminal nenralgia with radiofrequency temperature-controlled thermocoagulation therapy.Methods: To analyze and compare the shape and diameter of foramina ovale on 205 adult CT images on base of skull(410 sides) with those of and 78 adults’ basalis samples(156 sides).Results: Both of the appearance of foramen ovale cranium on CT and the observation of basalis samples could be divided into five types: oval shape,round shape,pear shape,long shape and kidney shape.The average length of foramina ovale was 8.04±1.352 mm on CT images and 7.54±1.68 mm in basalis samples.And the average breadth was 4.05±0.751 mm on CT and 3.66±1.98 mm in basalis samples.There was no significant difference between the data of CT images on base and samples(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in sex.There was significant difference in the side breadth(P<0.05) but not in its length(P>0.05).Couclusion: CT images on base of skull can reflect the shape and diameter of foramen of cranial base objectively and provide basis for treating trigeminal neuralgia with radiofrequency temperature-controlled thermocoagulation therapy.
