【摘要】 目的:研究层黏连蛋白受体在胃癌中的表达,探讨其与胃癌侵袭及淋巴结转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法,检测96例胃腺癌组织中层黏连蛋白受体的表达情况;应用图像分析技术来分析这个指标在胃癌中的阳性表达率。结果:经四格表x2检验层黏连蛋白受体在胃癌组织中的高表达与浸润深度、分化程度密切相关(P<0.05~0.01),与淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05);而层黏连蛋白受体的IRS经t检验与浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:胃癌组织中层黏连蛋白受体高表达参与并影响了胃癌的侵袭和转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of laminin receptors in gastric cancer,for exploring the correlation between laminin receptors and invasion of gastric cancer and matastasis of lymphones.Methods: The expression of laminin receptors in 96 cases of gastic cancer were detected by S-P methods.The positive rate of expression of the laminin receptors was analyzed with image analysis technique.Results: The results in X2 test in fourfold table showed the high expression of laminin receptor in gastric cancer tissues was closely related to the invasion and differentiation(P<0.05),but no related to metastasis of lymphones(p>0.05).The IRS of laminin receptor was correlated with invasion,differentiation and matastasis of lymphones by t test(P<0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of liminin receptors in gastric tissues involves in invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.更多还原
