【摘要】 目的:观察白内障和青光眼联合手术后人工晶状体的位置变化。方法:对2004年1月~2005年7月间同时患有白内障和原发性闭角型青光眼的32例32只眼行白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除手术(1组),对老年性白内障44例44只眼行白内障超声乳化手术(2组)。UBM检查比较术后两组的人工晶状体偏移和倾斜,并分析相关因素。结果:随访6~16个月,1组14例和2组15例术后发生人工晶状体倾斜,第1组14例和第2组19例人工晶状体中心明显偏移,两组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:超声乳化联合小梁切除手术不会引起人工晶状体明显的倾斜和偏移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To obseverve the location of intraocular 1ens after combiner,surgery in pat ients wi th cataract and glaucoma.Methods:From Jan.2004 to Jul.2005.group 1 comprised 32 eyes of 32 cases undergoing phacotrabeculectomy surgery forcataract and primary closed-angle glaucoma,and group 2 comprised 44 eyes of 44 cases undergoing phacoemulsification surgery for senile cataract.The rate of tilt and decentration of intraocular lens in two groups were compared based on ultrasoundbiomicroscopy results.and its related factors were analyzed.Results:Followed up between 6 and 16 months.14 cases in group 1 and 15 cases in group 2 had measurable tilt.14 cases in group 1 and 19 cases in group 2 had obviously decentration.The difference regarding both the intraocular lens tilt and decentration wereinsignifi cant between both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no increased effect of phacotrabeculectomy on tilt and decentration of intraocular 1ens in eyes with cataract and glaucoma when compared with eyes with underwent phacomulsificatio surgery.更多还原
