【摘要】 目的:探讨高血压患者的脉压不同对血管内皮功能的影响。方法:应用高分辨率超声检测不同脉压的高血压患者及正常对照者的反应性充血后及含服硝酸甘油后肱动脉内径的变化。同时抽血用硝酸还原法及生化比色法测定血浆一氧化氮(NO)浓度;用放免法测定血浆内皮素(ET)、前列环素(PGI2)及血栓素A2(TXA2)的浓度。结果:两个高脉压组的血管内皮依赖性舒张功能较对照组及低脉压组明显减低(P<0.01),血浆NO、PGI2、ET及TXA2也随PP的增高有不同程度的降低(前两者)或升高(后两者)趋势(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者脉压(PP)与内皮依赖性舒张功能损伤相关。脉压越大,损伤越重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss on the effect of pulse pressure on the function of vascular endothelium in patients with hypertension.Methods:In patients with hypertension and normal controls with reactive hyperemia and administrated nitroglycerol,the internal diameter of brachial artery was measured by high resoluted ultrasound,and the levels of plasmic nitrogen monoxidum(NO)were determined by nitric acid disoxidation and biochemical colorimetric method,that of endothelin(ET),prostacyclin(PGI2)and thromboxane A2(TXA2)by radioimmunological methods.Results:In two groups with higher pulse pressure,the vascular endotheliam-dependent diastolic function was decreased than that in control group and group with lower pulse pressure(P<0.01),an the levels of NO,PGI2,ET and TXA2 also decreased or increased by pulsepressure(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:The vascular endotheliam-dependent diastolic dysfunction is related to pulse pressure in hypertension,which aggravated with the higher pulse pressure.更多还原
