丛枝菌根真菌对温室有机土栽培黄瓜的作用研究

【摘要】 研究了2种丛枝菌根真菌在有机土基质和普通土壤中对温室黄瓜生长、产量及营养品质的影响。结果表明:接种GM后黄瓜的光合速率,叶片可溶性糖都显著高于对照;接菌可显著提高黄瓜产量,在有机土中接种Glomous mosseae(GM)和Glomous versiforme(GV)可使黄瓜产量分别比对照提高28.5%和25.4%,而土壤中接种GM和GV亦可使其产量分别比对照提高58.1%和31.3%,同时接种菌根菌后瓜条中的总糖、VC、干物重均明显提高,营养品质得到明显改善。因此可以认为在黄瓜生产中应用菌根苗可以明显提高黄瓜的产量品质。

【Abstract】 2 strains arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) were used to study the effects on cucumber growth,yield and quality of fruit in organic soil and ordinary soil cultivation under greenhouse.The results showed that cucumber plants with GM inoculation may have higher photosynthetic rate,soluble sugar content in leaves than plants without inoculation.Glomous versiforme(GV)and Glomous mosseae(GM) inoculation may increase cucumber yield by 28.5% and 25.4% in organic soil respectively.Whereas GV and GM inoculation plants in soil may increase the yield by 58.1% and 31.3% higher than CK.Meanwhile AMF inoculation seedlings can also improve nutrient quality by increase fruit sugar content,VC,dry matter weight.
